Cancellation period: Custom orders and name engraving must be canceled before issuing the shipping policy or before engraving the names and issuing the shipping policy for the requested products. Please do this as soon as possible to ensure the cancellation. 2. Conditions for order cancellation: Cancellation must be made before issuing the shipping policy and before the store ships the products. Please pay attention to custom design requests and cancel them as soon as possible before work begins. 3. Refunds: The cancellation amount will be refunded as soon as possible. We will contact you to refund the money after receiving and inspecting the returned product. The customer must bear the transfer fee if outside the National Commercial Bank. 4. Product exchange policy: We trust our products, and the exchange period is 48 hours from receipt of the shipment. The unused product must be returned in its original condition at the cost of the return, which is paid by the shipping company or the store. The product's condition will be reviewed before exchange. Please note that design and name engraving products cannot be exchanged. After contacting us, go to the nearest branch of the shipping company that shipped the product to you and issue a return or exchange request. The customer bears all shipping costs. 5. Product returns: The option to return products is available within 24 hours of receiving the order via the shipping company's courier. Note that custom design requests and name engravings are not eligible for exchange or return.
